Scholarship Application Deadline Approaching
The deadline to apply for the UMH Auxiliary Fall 2013 Nursing Scholarship is June 30, 2013.
Applications for fall scholarships are now being accepted and must be submitted to the hospital’s Auxiliary team by June 30, 2013.
Interested individuals must complete the application process. An application can be downloaded here.
The application considers past educational accomplishments as well as future educational and professional goals, financial need, and the individual's personal commitment to serving their community through employment at Uvalde Memorial Hospital upon completion of their program. Scholarship applicants must be residents of Uvalde, Real or Zavala County, and enrolled in college programs to become an RN or LVN.
The bi-annual scholarship program is made possible through special fundraising initiatives by the Hospital Auxiliary.
