Uvalde Memorial Hospital includes a rural clinic conveniently located in Sabinal, Texas. This facility was established to offer an additional, conventient primary care facility to the counties we serve. The clinic is staffed with a full-time physician’s assistant under the direction of a Medical Director. The Medical Director specializes in family practice and visits the office weekly.  The clinic treats pediatrics to geriatrics and accepts appointments or walk-ins Monday through Friday.
