Sabinal Health Clinic, opened in 2016 by Uvalde Memorial Hospital, is located in Sabinal, TX. Medical Director Dr. James Kelly and nurse practitioners, Elizabeth Sparkman and Angelica Navarro-Gonzalez provide full time office hours. Dr. Kelly is board certified in family medicine and has experience in treating patients of all ages. The clinic also provides pharmacy pick up, walk-in appointments and short wait times, all regular vaccinations, the flu shot, and more!
